This is an absolutely critical part of the SMPC system. The first option in the player module spell menu list is 'Save Character'. This is also a very useful feature if you want to backup your character in a corrupted save game that is constantly crashing and recreate them in a new game world / save file. (in this playthrough, in a future playthrough, in a different playthrough, in a new game, in another character's game) This allows you easily save your characters and switch between them, more info on switching is in the section below. Toggle player factions (e.g., bandit, forsworn, dremora, thalmor, etc.).

View and edit the skills, attributes, and stats of the player.

Easily create a new character within the same game world.

Quickly change the appearance preset being applied to your player character.

SMPC requires several mods that you must download and install: It omits the cheat Weapon, Armor, Spell, Weather, and Utility modules contained within Project Proteus. SMPC is more streamlined and relies solely upon hotkeys. SMPC includes the Player Module and NPC Module of my mod Project Proteus. Save characters, switch characters, spawn characters as followers, and start new characters all within the same game world, on the same save game file.
